The intention of this clinic is to provide high quality health care at an affordable cost.

Our office visit is $50 for new and returning patients. We offer a complete hormone evaluation for $90 for the initial visit, with any lab fees at an additional cost. This evaluation allows us to diagnose hormonal imbalances and prescribe "bioidentical hormones."

The office can handle acute illnesses and minor emergencies. Lab fees are very reasonable. Other services include care for chronic conditions (high blood pressure, diabetes, hypothyroidism), lab work, EKG, spirometry, colposcopy, family planning and contraception

Services in this office are provided by a certified, licensed Physician Assistant. If you wish to see a physician or your condition requires specialty care, you will be referred to one.

Payment in full is expected at the time of service. LifeTime Health Center does not accept any insurance as payment, including Medicare, Medicaid or Workers Compensation. We accept cash, checks, and credit cards. We will give you the estimated cost of any service we provide, prior to providing the service.

Complete Male Exam
Physical exam and health risk history, Cholesterol panel, Complete blood count, Complete metabolic profile, Prostate specific antigen and an electrocardiogram (EKG) for $120.

Complete Female Exam
Physical and breast exam, health risk history, Pap smear, Complete blood count, Complete metabolic panel and Thyroid stimulating hormone for $130.

Complete Female Exam over age 40
Physical and breast exam, health risk history, Pap smear, Complete blood count, Complete metabolic panel, Thyroid stimulating hormone and cholesterol panel for $140.
